KONE DM Purchasing is a global organization of KONE Purchasing responsible for direct materials sourcing, with the mission to continuously improve KONE product and service competitiveness, strong quality performance and risk mitigation skills.
We are now looking for a Project Purchasing & Process management Manager located in Kunshan, China.
In this role you will work to drive MP, MOD product cost competitiveness, continuous improvement, liaison between FL, SL and purchasing organization to ensure on-time delivery of defined measures. Designing, optimizing, standardizing, and governing procurement processes across the organization. This role ensures purchasing activities are efficient, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with company objectives. The manager drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports digital procurement transformation, manages procurement policies and procedures, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance end-to-end purchasing performance. The purpose of this role is to ensure quality and competitiveness of KONE solutions to maximize the value of KONE Customers.
This role reports to China DM Purchasing Director.

Skills and Qualifications
1)10+ years in Sourcing skills and experience
2)Knowledge and previous experience in elevator/escalator business is preferred
3)Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
4)Good negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
5)Customer oriented, self-motivated and ownership, teamwork, resourceful and logical in problem solving
6)Relevant supply chain and sourcing project management skills
7)Analytical and strategic thinking, change management skills
8)High energy/integrity
9)Ability and willingness to travel
10)Excellent level of English is mandatory
