About the role

The Project & Program Manager is responsible for independently managing small- to medium-sized projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires strong stakeholder management, organization, and execution capabilities to drive projects from initiation through completion.

Key responsibilities:

1. Independently managing local small- to medium-sized projects involving smaller, less dispersed teams and low to medium budgets across the full project lifecycle, including:

  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder engagement;

  • Coordinating the work of the project team;

  • Monitoring project progress and preparing status updates and reports;

  • Managing project changes, risks, and dependencies on an ongoing basis;

2. Identifying improvement opportunities, proposing solutions, and preparing recommendations to support effective project and task delivery;

3. Building and maintaining effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including project team members, business partners, and external vendors;

4. Ensuring high quality of project documentation and adherence to established processes;

5. When required, taking on key project roles such as Product Owner, Release Manager, or Scrum Master, and collaborating effectively with individuals performing these roles;

Requirments:

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in management or a related field

  • Previous experience in managing projects is a plus

  • English proficiency at a minimum B1+ level, with the ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written form;

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms;

  • Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through monitoring to closure;

  • Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall; certification is an advantage;
