I am Donata Ambrasaitė, and I am looking for a Head of Project Management Office to join our Digital and Business Transformation organization at Telia Lietuva.
What you’ll do:
As a Head of Project Management Office, you will lead the evolution of our project delivery model by combining the structured approach of classical project management with the flexibility of modern delivery practices. Your responsibilities will include:
• Own, develop, and maintain the company-wide project management framework and standards.
• Lead and drive changes in project management processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy and delivery needs.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project managers and business stakeholders across the organization.
• Take a hands-on project or program management role in complex, high-impact initiatives.
• Supervise other projects from a governance and standards perspective, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 project managers, ensuring strong contribution to company goals and strategy.
• Manage team performance, alignment, assessment, and final evaluation of achievements.
• Support administrative processes and actively mentor team members in their personal and professional growth.
What will help you thrive in this role:
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project or program management.
• Proven leadership, recognized by both team members and peers.
• Valid project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
• Strong ability to motivate individuals and inspire contribution to a shared vision.
• Capability to lead teams and foster high team effectiveness.
• Self-directed, well-organized, and detail-oriented working style.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
• High sense of ownership, commitment, and passion for delivering strong results.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Monthly salary range for this position 5 120,00 - 6 400,00 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonus Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
