【職務概要】

• 新規プロジェクトの立ち上げから量産までの品質活動を担当いただきます。
• ヨーロッパの開発チーム、潮来工場の品質チーム、日本国内のOEM顧客と連携しながら、製品・工程変更の管理、品質改善活動、顧客対応などをリードするポジションです。
• 海外からの品質関連資料を取りまとめ、日本のお客様と海外拠点との橋渡し役として、プロジェクトを円滑に進めていただきます。

【主な業務内容】
■プロジェクト・量産品質管理

• 新規プロジェクトから量産までの品質活動の推進
• 製品・工程変更（4M変更）の管理および顧客への申請・承認対応
• 品質関連文書（品質計画書、管理文書等）の作成・更新
• 過去の品質不具合（Lessons Learned）の展開・活用

■品質改善・品質保証活動

• 生産拠点およびサプライヤーと連携した品質改善活動の推進
• 重大品質問題発生時の品質対応（QRQC活動）
• 不具合情報の集約・管理および8Dレポート作成支援
• 品質問題や評価結果に基づくControl Planの見直し
• 社内品質レビューに必要な資料の作成

【顧客対応】

• 初品サンプル（Initial Sample）の社内承認および顧客提出資料の作成
• 日本OEM顧客との品質窓口として各種調整・対応
• 海外開発チームからの技術資料の整理・取りまとめ
• 顧客監査（システム監査・工程監査）のサポート

【関係部署との連携】

• 潮来工場の品質チームと連携し、生産品質に関するサポート・改善提案
• ヨーロッパ開発チームとの品質に関する調整
• 日本のお客様と海外品質チーム間の英語・日本語でのコミュニケーション支援
• チームメンバーの業務サポート

【勤務環境】

• 主な製造拠点：茨城県潮来市（潮来工場）
• 必要に応じて潮来工場や国内OEMへの訪問あり
• 開発部門はヨーロッパにあり、日常的に海外メンバーと連携します
• グローバルな環境で英語を活用できるポジションです

＜必須＞

• 品質の経験：5年　（※自動車・メカ・半導体等の製造業）
• プログラムソルバーの知識やマインド（品質不具合の原因分析、再発防止策の立案・実施、および関係部署と連携した品質改善活動の推進経験）
• 基本的なExcel知識

＜言語＞

• 英語：ビジネスレベル（目安：TOEIC700くらい）※ヨーロッパチームのコミュニケーション
• 日本語：日常会話～ビジネスレベル（書けなくても話せればOK）

【Divisions and Products】
Valeo Japan consists of four divisions:

1. Power Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

2. Brain Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS and reinvent the interior experience.

3. Light Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for "Lighting Everywhere."

4. Valeo Service Division: Provides aftermarket services for all products across Divisions 1 to 3.

【Job Overview】

• You will be responsible for quality assurance activities from new project launch to mass production.
• In this role, you will lead product and process change management, quality improvement activities, and customer support while collaborating with the European development team, the quality team at the Itako Plant, and domestic OEM customers in Japan.
• You will serve as a bridge between Japanese customers and overseas sites by organizing quality-related documents from abroad and ensuring the smooth progress of projects.

【Key Responsibilities】
■Project & Mass Production Quality Management

• Driving quality activities from new project launch through to mass production.
• Managing product and process changes (4M changes), as well as handling customer applications and approvals.
• Creating and updating quality-related documentation (quality plans, control documents, etc.).
• Sharing and applying past quality issues (Lessons Learned).

■Quality Improvement & Quality Assurance Activities

• Promoting quality improvement activities in cooperation with production sites and suppliers.
• Responding to major quality issues (QRQC activities).
• Aggregating and managing defect information, and supporting the creation of 8D reports.
• Reviewing Control Plans based on quality issues and evaluation results.
• Preparing documentation required for internal quality reviews.

■Customer Response

• Internal approval of initial samples and preparation of customer submission documents.
• Acting as the quality contact point for Japanese OEM customers, handling various coordination and responses.
• Organizing and summarizing technical documentation from overseas development teams.
• Supporting customer audits (system audits and process audits).

■Inter-departmental Collaboration

• Collaborating with the quality team at the Itako Plant to support production quality and propose improvements.
• Coordinating on quality matters with the European development team.
• Facilitating English and Japanese communication between Japanese customers and overseas quality teams.
• Supporting team members with their duties.

【Work Environment】

• Main manufacturing site: Itako City, Ibaraki Prefecture (Itako Plant).
• Visits to the Itako Plant and domestic OEMs may be required as needed.
• The development department is located in Europe, requiring daily collaboration with overseas members.
• This is a position where you can utilize your English skills in a global environment.

【Requirements】

• Quality Assurance / Quality Control experience: 5 years (in manufacturing industries such as automotive, mechanical, semiconductor, etc.)
• Problem-solving knowledge and mindset (experience in analyzing root causes of quality issues, planning and implementing recurrence prevention measures, and driving quality improvement activities in collaboration with related departments)
• Basic knowledge of Excel

【Language Skills】

• English: Business level (Approx. TOEIC 700) *For communication with the European team
• Japanese: Daily conversational to business level (Oral communication capability is acceptable even if writing skills are limited)

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Japanese: Business level
• Management experience
