Project & Product Team Leader | Up to 70K THB | Work From Anywhere (Thailand)
Permanent Role | Leadership Position | Digital Delivery Focus
A fast-growing digital solutions company is seeking a Project & Product Team Leader to support cross-functional delivery teams and help drive successful software initiatives. This is a fully remote role (Thailand-based) and is ideal for candidates with solid coordination experience, stakeholder communication skills, and an interest in digital transformation.
Support and coordinate across three key delivery areas:
Business Analysis Assist with requirement gathering and documentation
UX/UI Design Collaborate on user-centric interface development
Project Management Help ensure timelines and deliverables are met
You'll work closely with developers, QA, DevSecOps, and client stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
5+ years of experience in digital product or software project delivery
2-3+ years in a project coordination or team lead role
Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Familiarity with SDLC, UX/UI, and business analysis
Good communication in Thai and English
Exposure to AI tools or digital transformation projects is a plus
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable
100% Remote (Thailand-based preferred)
Salary: up to 70,000 THB/month
