Within the Home & LVT Business Unit, and reporting to the LVT Product Development Director, we are looking for our future LVT Product Manager (Luxury Vinyl Tiles) on a permanent contract, based in Jaslo
Business travel of approximately 25–30% is expected.

Your Responsibilities
As an LVT Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing a product portfolio and, in close collaboration with your manager, defining the development process and overseeing the product lifecycle end‑to‑end. Your role is key in driving sales growth and ensuring Tarkett’s leadership in the LVT category.
You manage your product portfolio and oversee the lifecycle of collections, with a strong focus on reducing complexity for manufacturing sites to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
In close collaboration with Design, R&D, Communication, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Sales teams, you lead the entire product development and launch process, ensuring on‑time delivery.
You ensure regulatory compliance and required certifications, working closely with expert teams (Technical and Environmental).
You provide the complete launch package to the Communication team to develop differentiated marketing tools and position Tarkett LVT products among the best in the market.
You develop training modules and support the sales force to help them effectively promote and position new products.
You contribute to defining and executing the BU strategy by analyzing the market, driving continuous service improvement, developing solutions to increase post‑consumer collection and recycled content, and proactively making recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills
At least 8 years of experience in product development, with strong analytical skills, project management experience (linked to R&D and/or industrial projects), and solid marketing expertise (market insights, RTM threats & opportunities, benchmarking, value propositions, etc.).
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment; fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Strong team spirit, leadership and communication skills, enabling you to interact with diverse teams and take initiative.
Customer‑oriented, with the ability to build a strategic vision and translate it into operational actions.
