Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and railway systems expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, passionate, and driven teammates.
You'll ensure the seamless deployment of innovative rail systems, connecting technology to real-world passenger journeys. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, operations, and quality assurance), lead cross-functional collaborations to resolve integration challenges, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating the introduction of new railway products into customer projects, but also ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.

Ensuring smooth transitions from prototype to operational service
Implementing feedback loops to improve product quality and performance
Acting as the go-to expert for stakeholders on technical readiness activities
Minimizing risks and downtime during product introduction phases

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Proven experience in product introduction, project engineering, or a similar industrial environment (7–10 years)
Strong understanding of railway systems, safety requirements, and quality assurance processes
Excellent coordination skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation and keen attention to detail
Strong English communication skills; additional language skills are a plus
Familiarity with feedback-driven improvement processes
