Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quotes, issues purchase orders, and expedites approval documentation and materials
  • Prepares material issue reports for weekly project meetings
  • Processes and compiles various reports;
  • Facilitates communication between all groups involved in projects
  • Issues inspection purchase orders and processes inspection invoices
  • Expedites documentation submissions/returns for major buyouts
  • Contacts and meets with vendors/suppliers on purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Supports site construction phase
  • Handles other purchasing and expediting tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Solid understand of Propak Operations
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
  • Experience in Visual Manufacturing or similar ERP system software is an asset
