Role Purpose Statement
Bunge EVC is one of the strategic focus portfolio teams created to focus on the Global Capital projects engineering and global engineering design standards development as a Subject Matter Experts. This team is key to support the forecasted business capital investment projects both ongoing and in future. This role is to manage & control the project planning, project scheduling and support all large projects globally for Bunge. The role will also perform project planning data analysis, benchmarking with best practices, guidelines to support various project teams/PMOs and large projects schedule performance monitoring on weekly basis
Main Accountabilities
Provide project planning & scheduling support to multiple project teams and working with them to arrive at the most pragmatic schedule during project engineering and execution phases.
Responsible to develop project schedule from level 1 to 4 working together with PMO, PM, CM, Procurement teams for large projects.
Review to ensure that the project schedule accuracy and compliance with Bunge standards at various phases of project which also include engineering development phase and project execution/construction phase.
Develop project planning, monitoring, review & control mechanism considering business needs, highlighting all critical milestones and driving data driven decision making.
Expertise and thorough ‘hands on’ in project schedule development platforms such as Primavera P6, MS Projects, and use project scheduling platforms effectively.
Should be able to introduce and implement the tools and techniques for effective project schedule development, tracking, monitoring, forecasting and control.
Should possess the knowledge about construction & commissioning related activities for all disciplines and capable of integration with project schedule development.
Should be able to support in resource planning and allocation during project execution & construction phase.
Responsible for regular updates on project planning control to the database platform and support key KPIs presentation to Leadership team.
Should be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to align and collaborate on project planning considering potential limitations and constraints.
Expertise in project status monitoring, analyzing critical milestones, generate early warning mechanism and support schedule expedition.
Business focused with effective communication skills, global mindset, understanding of engineering and construction requirements and regional & global relevant standards.
Driving training programs, global webinars for project teams, promoting use of project planning & scheduling techniques and global standards, across Bunge Regions and Business teams.
Should be able to work on various softwares available and develop skills to analyze, conduct trend analysis, pragmatic forecasting and global benchmark.
Ensure good documentation system to manage, control & report various projects in parallel workflow.
Should be able to work as a one team with EVC team members and all key stakeholders globally.

Education & Experience
Should be a first-class graduate in Engineering/ B.E/B-Tech
10+ years’ experience in Project planning & schedule for large projects, Data Analysis & Benchmarking.
