Project Planner – Fire Protection Systems

📍Singapore | LTA Projects, Baseline Scheduling, Primavera 6 | Up to SGD 5,000/month

A leading contractor specializing in fire protection systems is hiring a Project Planner to support infrastructure and building projects across Singapore. This role is central to managing project timelines, coordinating with internal and client teams, and ensuring compliance with LTA scheduling requirements.

You’ll use tools like Primavera P6—an industry-standard project scheduling software used in large-scale construction—to manage critical path activities, forecast delays, and track progress across multiple project milestones. Ideal for planners experienced in M&E or specialist systems who are confident managing schedules independently in complex project environments.

About the Role

As the Project Planner, you will manage and maintain detailed project schedules to support construction progress and client reporting requirements. You’ll play a key role in coordinating with project managers and site teams, ensuring accurate tracking, progress claims, and forecast planning using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate baseline programmes for project rollout
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and site teams to track updates and prepare progress claims
• Submit weekly look-ahead schedules to monitor key deliverables
• Prepare and maintain a 4-week rolling program to guide site execution
• Generate accurate monthly reports for internal and client updates

What You’ll Need

▪ A recognized degree in Engineering or a related field

▪ Minimum 10 years’ experience working on building fire protection systems

▪ At least 5 years’ experience handling LTA projects

▪ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6

▪ Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations
