Job Description

Am Standort Wolfertschwenden suchen wir Sie für unseren Geschäftsbereich Thermoforming Packaging

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Festlegung der Maschinenkonfiguration basierend auf individuellen Kundenanforderungen
  • Prüfung der Konfigurationen auf technische Machbarkeit und Projektierung gemäß gültiger Normen und Richtlinien
  • Technische Unterstützung und Abstimmung zu Projektinhalten mit anderen Fachbereichen (Vertrieb, Mechanik, Montage und Software)
  • Durchführung von Abschätzungen der Maschinentaktleistungen bezüglich Einzelkomponenten (z. B. Schneidungen, Abführbänder)
  • Aufwandsschätzung für erforderliche Konstruktionsarbeiten gemäß Anfragen sowie Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Angebotserstellung
  • Bewertung der Maschinensicherheit nach internen und internationalen Normen und Richtlinien
  • Erstellung von Maschinenzeichnungen, Linienlayouts und 3D-Maschinenmodellen für Kundenprojekte

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker (m/w/d) oder Studium als Ingenieur (m/w/d) im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Konstruktion wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Eigenverantwortung und strukturiertem Vorgehen
  • Gute CAD-Kenntnisse, idealerweise in SolidWorks und Creo ElementsDirect Drafting
