Do you enjoy turning complex projects into clear, achievable plans? Are you motivated by collaboration, structure, and seeing projects succeed from idea to delivery? We’re looking for a Project Planner to join our EPC Division in Turku and support international marine and offshore projects.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Project and Site Managers to ensure projects stay on track through accurate planning, progress monitoring, and clear reporting. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your insights help teams make informed decisions and deliver high‑quality results.
As a Project Planner, you’ll support project execution by developing and maintaining project schedules and providing planning insights that help teams succeed. You’ll work across disciplines, interact with partners and customers, and contribute throughout the project lifecycle.
Create, maintain, and follow up on project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
Support project teams with progress tracking, reporting, and planning insights
Collaborate with project teams, site teams, subcontractors, and customer contacts
Identify risks, trends, and schedule impacts early and help propose solutions
Support project reviews with clear and reliable planning data
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning practices and ways of working
Occasionally travel to project sites to support the team when needed
Background in technical or business‑related education
Minimum one year of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project support
Interest in complex delivery projects and understanding how activities link together
Structured and analytical way of working
Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
Fluent spoken and written English
Experience with Primavera P6 is an advantage
