Mō te tūranga | About the role

Reporting into the Project Controls Manager, this role will sit within the construction business – a division of Fulton Hogan specialising in infrastructure construction, based around reinforced concrete.

As an experieinced Planner, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Controls Manager with the process and tools used to plan, manage and mitigate schedule issues and any risk events that may impact on our projects.

Your main duties will include planning, scheduling and project reporting, as well as risk and delay claims. Key to this role will be your ability to work with a wide range of key stakeholders, with multiple projects on the go at the same time.

  • Hold a minimum qualification in Diploma in Project Management or Civil Engineering
  • Must have at least 10 years’ experience working as a Project Planner
  • Must have at least 10 years’ experience in the Civil construction industry, projects valued over $100M+
  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the Mining industry planning, projects valued over $100M+
  • Must have at least 10 years’ experience in using CCS Candy software

This is a permanent, full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week based in the Auckland. You will be required to travel to other regions in the North Island in New Zealand which includes: Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay and Gisborne. The base salary for this role will be between $105,000 to - $145,000 per annum.
