Project Planner

The Commercial department is central to ensuring the financial viability and contractual success of our projects. Responsible for cost management, procurement, valuations, contract administration and planning, the team works closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and clients to monitor budgets, mitigate risk, and maximise value throughout the project lifecycle. Their expertise ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations — safeguarding both client satisfaction and company profitability.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate a Project Planner to support our growing team in Amsterdam. This post is a permanent contract and offers an amazing opportunity for a forward thinking candidate who is keen for career progression. The candidate will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders in order to manage projects ranging in value from €1m to €20m per project.

Project Planner to manage project planning from design through to construction, monitoring progress and coordinating updates throughout project delivery. Will attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings, presenting programme updates and key project information. Will prepare construction programmes and monthly performance reports for senior management, accurately forecasting project timescales, labour, and resource requirements. Will support the development of methodologies to improve programme control and forecasting, while presenting programme dates to support informed decision-making. Will collaborate closely with project teams to accelerate tasks, resolve issues, and monitor planned versus actual progress through S-curves and dropline programmes, providing proactive support and improvement recommendations to site, delivery, and project teams.
