ISS International S.p.A. è alla ricerca di un/una Project Planner Senior da inserire su un progetto industriale di trasformazione impiantistica di elevata complessità in ambito Oil & Gas, presso una primaria raffineria situata a Sannazzaro de’ Burgondi
La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle attività di pianificazione e controllo dell’avanzamento lavori di una commessa EPC di lunga durata, supportando il Project Management Team nella gestione delle tempistiche e nell’analisi delle interdipendenze di progetto.
Il Project Planner opererà inizialmente con modalità flessibile (remoto con trasferte periodiche in sito) per poi essere coinvolto/a in modo continuativo nelle attività on-site.
Principali attività
Predisposizione, aggiornamento e controllo dei cronoprogrammi di progetto
Analisi del critical path e delle milestone principali
Monitoraggio dell’avanzamento lavori e analisi degli scostamenti temporali
Supporto al Project Manager nelle attività di pianificazione e controllo tempi
Interfaccia con ingegneria, procurement, construction e commissioning
Elaborazione della reportistica di pianificazione e avanzamento
Requisiti
Almeno 6 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Project Planner / Project Planning Engineer
Esperienza su grandi progetti industriali in ambito Oil & Gas / Energy / impiantistica
Conoscenza avanzata dei seguenti sistemi/applicativi:
SAP
Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel)
Primavera P6 (livello avanzato)
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese
Capacità analitiche, precisione e autonomia operativa
Disponibilità a trasferte e successiva presenza continuativa on-site

Fase iniziale: remoto con trasferte periodiche in sito (1–2 al mese)
Fase successiva: attività prevalentemente on-site

Orario: 8 ore/giorno – 5 giorni/settimana
