Could you be the full-time hybrid Project Planner in Katowice, PL we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your application support expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Magdalena (Site Global Planning Director based in Katowice), and work alongside Financial Project Manager to Earn Value Management and co-operate with Work Package Managers to ensure the problems and bottlenecks will be anticipated and resolved in a timely manner to prevent negative impact on the project schedule. You will also identify critical paths and ensure action plans are developed and implemented to maximize project quality, cost and delivery objectives.
You’ll specifically take care ofproper time management information to support decisions making process in order to reach expected on time delivery performance of the project. You will be responsible to prepare and manage project schedule (external and internal) and also maintain resource planning for your projects. Project Planner is expected to interact and communicate effectively with all necessary project core team members in order to manage all planning deliverables efficiently. Reporting to Site Global Planning Director, the Project Planner will be expected to work autonomously and independently, setting high personal standards and delivering reports in a timely and accurate manner to the project team and client alike, and much more.
