Deploy Limited is looking for a P6 Project Planner based in Dublin, Ireland.
Our client is a market leader within the Infrastructure, Construction, Pharma and Data centre sectors in UK, Ireland, and Europe. Currently, they have a very full order book in Ireland with a project pipeline well into 2025 and are constantly tendering with government state bodies and tier 1 clients.
Our client is looking to expand their operational delivery teams to assist with the significant growth of the business.
- Core sector expertise consist of the following:
- Civil Engineering works.
- Railway Infrastructure civils and electrical.
- Airport Infrastructure civils and electrical.
- Data Centre electrical installations.
- Pharmaceutical Plant's electrical installations.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Site Agents across multiple projects.
- Willing to travel to sites for progress reporting and scheduling updates.
- Project Planning using MS Project & Primavera Software or Asta.
- Project Progress Measuring & Monitoring.
- Project Progress Reporting.
- Subcontractor Progress Monitoring.
- Labour Productivity Measure & Reporting using S/E curves.
- Reporting in Project/Primavera and using Excel.
- Measuring quantities from drawings to generate progress reports.
- Providing strategic advice for safeguarding, growth, and development.
- Working collaboratively as part of a fully integrated team, with a flexible allocation of work as needed.
Requirements
- BTech/BSc/BEng Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience planning and scheduling within the construction/rail industry, including experience as a Site Agent/Senior Engineer.
- Expertise with all aspects of rail construction, including earthworks, drainage, troughing, concrete works and signalling works.
- Ability to analyse and interpret construction drawings and specifications and develop a robust delivery schedule.
- Demonstrates proficiency in MS Word, Primavera, Asta, Excel, and MS Project.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly as part of a fully integrated team.
- Right to work in Ireland with fluent English speaking and writing.

The role is based on Days and a 40 Hour working week, Monday to Friday.
This is a 100% site-based role and will involve attending multiple worksites. There is the possibility of hybrid working once probation has been completed.
