The Project Performance Controller plays a critical role in ensuring the effective monitoring and controlling of a project's performance. This position is responsible for providing accurate, timely data analysis and reporting to stakeholders. The role serves as the bridge between project management, finance, and senior leadership, ensuring deviations from project success are caught early.
The Project Performance Controller ensures transparency in project performance, recommends improvement measures, and actively supports decision-making by providing performance insights. Main activities include: monitoring project performance, on-demand project assessments (based on specific requests from management), regular sample testing and project-related consultancy (involvement in addressing critical issues, setting-up complex contexts, reviewing contractual & operational aspects, etc.).
