About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Operations Manager to lead and optimise end-to-end manufacturing, assembly, integration, logistics, inventory, quality, safety, and continuous improvement operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality products and programmes efficiently, compliantly, and profitably while supporting business growth and operational excellence
Qualifications and experience
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electronic), Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Postgraduate qualification in Engineering Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing would be advantageous.
Minimum 8 years' manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
Experience in high-technology manufacturing environments.
Proven experience with operations planning, scheduling, cost management, and supply chain coordination for complex technical programmes.

Key responsibilities
Operational Delivery and Production Performance
Lead manufacturing and operational execution activities to achieve production, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets, resulting in predictable programme delivery and customer satisfaction.
Quality, Safety and Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements to minimise risk and deliver products that consistently meet customer and statutory standards.
Supply Chain, Inventory and Asset Management
Manage materials, inventory, equipment, and logistics resources to ensure uninterrupted operations, optimal asset utilisation, and reliable programme execution.
Operational Excellence and Financial Performance
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve business profitability.
Leadership and Capability Development
Develop and lead high-performing teams to strengthen capability, engagement, succession readiness, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
