Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and deliver hotel projects and enhancement initiatives from planning through to completion
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with Group standards and timelines
- Partner with Engineering and operational teams to support seamless implementation within an operating hotel environment
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans
- Coordinate across technical functions and ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards
- Liaise with relevant authorities on licensing and statutory requirements to ensure timely approvals
- Drive the use of project management tools and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and reporting
- Uphold The Peninsula Hong Kong’s standards, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations during project execution
General Requirement:
- Degree in Project Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ project management experience, preferably in hospitality, property development, or related industries
- Sound knowledge of building services, with a basic understanding of licensing and statutory requirements
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive and solutions-driven, with the ability to perform under pressure
- Familiarity with project management tools and digital platforms is an advantage
- This role aligns with an Assistant Manager level within our internal grading structure
