Job Summary for Project Management

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Executive to oversee and support project activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a good understanding of infrastructure and data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, charts, and apply formulas like VLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH for reporting and analysis.
• Organize and lead project meetings; document and share meeting minutes with stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly project reports with clients and management.
• Understand infrastructure and data center operations to support project needs.
• Take ownership of tasks and be proactive in solving challenges as they arise.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and data center environments.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Experience in working with multiple platform teams such as Server teams (Linux, Windows),Network teams, Storage teams, Application owners
• Manage third-party vendors, data center providers, and infrastructure partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Preferred to have bilingual candidates : Spanish/ English

Mandatory Skills: Project Management .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
