Job Description


We’re looking for a Project Operations Intern to support cross-departmental projects by assisting with coordination, tracking, and day-to-day execution as assigned. This role is ideal for a student interested in healthcare operations, specifically the post-acute care industry and related service lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Personal Care improvement project, helping maintain project artifacts, updating deliverables, and supporting product readiness activities in partnership with the project team.
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks including accurate data entry, record maintenance, and status updates to keep project information current and reliable.
  • Assist with process testing and validation in Smartsheet, Figma, Excel, ServiceNow and other platforms as needed, including checking workflows, verifying inputs/outputs, documenting results, and escalating issues or gaps to the appropriate owner.
  • Create and maintain documentation under guidance—such as process notes, test summaries, quick-reference guides, and meeting/action recaps—ensuring materials are clear and usable for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Learn and apply foundational knowledge of the post-acute care industry and related service lines, building familiarity with terminology, workflows, and customer context to better support project and departmental needs.
  • Communicate progress, questions, and blockers to team leads, and participate in team meetings to understand priorities, timelines, and expectations.
