In this role, you'll:


Support a diverse range of projects focused on vehicle compliance, security, and operational effectiveness across Transport for NSW.

You'll work closely with key stakeholders, including NSW Police and industry partners, to support vehicle-based inspections, compliance activities, and initiatives aimed at identifying fraudulent or non-compliant vehicles.

You'll coordinate project activities, engage with third-party service providers, and contribute to the planning and delivery of education and training-based programs and initiatives ensuring resources, equipment and documentation are in place for successful outcomes.

Working across multiple projects, you'll build strong stakeholder relationships, monitor progress, and provide practical project support to help deliver business and community outcomes.

About you


· You have exposure to CRM based projects, with experience building stakeholder relationships, delivering customer-focused outcomes through systems transformation to the business.

· You will bring strong project management skills and qualifications, with the ability to coordinate activities, manage competing projects and initiatives, by contributing to successful delivery.

· You will have experience or exposure to a regulatory environment including compliance, education & training based programs delivered to a broad range of participants.

· You will have experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.

· An interest in regulation, vehicles, transport and systems would be beneficial.
