Our client is a regulated web 3.0 enterprise software provider and blockchain educator. They are currently seeking for a Project Officer / Project Assistant to join their team.

Project Officer / Project Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Involve in project implementation and management including project documents preparation, manage day-to-day project activities and meetings, evaluate and identify potential risk for each project, administrative work, etc.
• Project planning and monitor project progress to ensure milestones and objectives are met
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and to keep projects on track
• Provides the option of flexible working hours and the ability to work in-person or remotely

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in events management is preferable
• Experience in project implementation, support and administration is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills including written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are welcome
