Job Description

Project Officer (Alumni Services), Masters Programmes (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 536587) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good degree, with at least 2 year of full-time work experience, preferably in taught postgraduate alumni and student affairs or event management in a tertiary institution. The ideal candidates should be a self-starter with a positive attitude; possess an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and be able to multi-task, attentive to details and work well both independently as well as in a team.
The appointee will provide support to the Faculty’s Taught Postgraduate (TPg) Alumni and Student Services Team in alumni engagement initiatives. He/She will assist in delivering a wide range of alumni and student services, including graduation celebrations, the Young Alumni Ambassador Scheme, mentorship programmes, and the WeChat Mini Program (WMP). The appointee will also perform other duties as assigned. The appointees will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends, and travel to Mainland China occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
