You’ll be working on some of the most high-profile water infrastructure projects in the industry, helping to secure Water for Life for generations to come.

The position will be based in Lake MacDonald.

About Your Opportunity

As Project Officer you will a key role in delivering our capital works program by supporting Project Managers across all stages of the project lifecycle — from investment planning and procurement through to delivery and commissioning. You’ll coordinate project support and control activities in line with established project management frameworks, while working closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, safely and on time.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide Project Managers with essential documentation and guidance on Seqwater processes and requirements.
  • Manage project and program controls, including records management, cost control (Planisware), procurement, contract administration, risk registers, change control, and action/decision registers.
  • Prepare, analyse and present accurate project performance reports, including cost, schedule and forecasting.
  • Draft and review reports, presentations, technical documents and project correspondence.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops and briefings, including preparation of materials, attendee coordination and minute‑taking.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and coordinating project team input into tender documentation, scopes and technical specifications.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in a complex project environment
  • Experience in managing the successful delivery of projects and work packages.
  • Class C Driver's License.

This position will be offered on contract with an attractive salary and 12.75% superannuation.
