1. Berkoordinasi dengan Project Manager untuk kerbelangsungan dan perkembangan Project
2. Menjalin relasi dan komunikasi dengan klien, mitra, dan komunitas sekitar
3. Mengakuisisi, mengolah, dan menganalisis data Ketenagakerjaan dari Mitra
4. Mendesain serta menjalankan strategi bisnis untuk perkembangan Project
5. Aktif melakukan rekapitulasi serta analisa data untuk perkembangan Project
Requirements:
1. Pria/wanita usia max 35 tahun
2. HR/Industrial Relations Experienced dalam mengelola >500 Karyawan preferred, but Fresh graduate with great achievement are welcome (Psikologi, legal, teknik industri preferred)
3. Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office
4. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja tim yang baik
6. Mampu mengendarai mobil/motor dan memiliki SIM B dan C7. Memiliki Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris (preferred)
