Your Key Responsibilities

• Formulate overall project delivery strategy, core milestones, cost & risk objectives for various projects, e. g. production relocation, SCM localization, VA/VE, product benchmarking, traded goods pushing, quality improvement, etc.
• Maintain project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
• Monitor project progress and handle organizational issues.
• Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Build continuous close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, R&D, production, procurement, quality
• Establish project risk tracking & change control system; monitor budget consumption, resource utilization and quality acceptance standards, implement corrective actions for schedule delays or cost overruns.
• Organize stage-gate & agile project review meetings, document project deliverables, test reports and compliance validation records

Your Qualifications

• Engineering Degree on mechanical
• Familiar with linear products & driving products, e. g screws, pinion & rack, etc. & knowlege in industrial applications related
• 3+ years proven full-cycle Project Management experience
• Outstanding data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Hands-on experience working within stage-gate or agile product development workflows
• Additional preferred competence: PMP / IPMA project management certification
• Good at technical relevant method, e. g. Microsoft office(PPT, Excel, Project management tool), SAP, etc.
• Fluent English in written and spoken.
• Strong skill in communication
