Your Key Responsibilities

• Support project or program management in planning, structuring and controlling of all assigned projects.
• Evaluate capacities needed and coordinate project planning, staffing and resourcing.
• Monitor project progress and continuously check availability and utilization of capacities, resources, services and materials.
• Coordinate and prepare gate- or milestone meetings, reports on progress, critical incidents and risks from PO perspective.
• Take over project controlling with respect to financials, resources and project guidelines and ensure proper project communication, documentation and review.
• If required, plan and reconcile deliveries of goods, services and materials needed for the project in cooperation with project procurement.

• With technical capability is preferred
• Good PC - skills ( MS - Office , MS - Project )
• Familiar with product manufacturing process
• Very good oral and written English , German is preferable
• Knowledge of SAP is preferable
• Bachelor ' s degree or above, preferable in engineering or business related
• More than 5 years project management work experience in mechanical manufacturing factory
