Work You’ll Do

As a Project Lead Integration Engineer II on the project, you will:

  • Deliver on-site and off-site technical support for ordnance management systems, joint systems, and NCEA development events.
  • Troubleshoot OIS and related system issues for adjacent and subordinate units; advise on business rules, procedures, and inventory management practices.
  • Maintain ALD-D collaboration and knowledge-management tools, including OIS and DRRS functionality.
  • Conduct aviation ordnance ad hoc analysis on in-transits, out-of-balance conditions, augments, over-expenditure, over-allocation, stock posture, and load-plan compliance.
  • Assess ashore and afloat ammunition stockpiles and coordinate distribution to support training requirements and bilateral shaping exercises.
  • Review effects of NAR, AIN, and OHF actions on theater Class V(A) inventories and coordinate corrective logistics actions with stakeholders.
  • Update trackers and support subordinate units on stock-recording and ordnance-related inquiries.
  • Attend recurring meetings and prepare meeting minutes and analytical inputs for Government use.
  • Produce monthly reports covering training allowances, inventory posture, readiness issues, and analytical recommendations.
  • Identify training deficiencies and propose inventory solutions to improve aircrew training effectiveness.
  • Recommend theater Class V(A) procedures and requirements supporting operational plans, campaign plans, and concept plans.
  • Coordinate augments, transfer requests, and TYCOM updates in OIS Wholesale.
  • Conduct monthly data-quality reviews across DRRS, SharePoint, ALD plans, and ordnance systems; recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide classified analysis and readiness inputs to the ALD Plans Office and support DRRS-related reporting.
  • Maintain command chronology support and recommend SOP improvements to keep records current within 48 hours of updates.
  • Consolidate wall-to-wall Class V(A) inventory reviews from subordinate activities for higher-headquarters reporting.
  • Attend the annual OPNAV N9 NCEA Working Group and advocate for MARFORPAC requirements.
  • Solicit Training and Testing Requirements from major subordinate commands and develop client submissions for budgeting prioritization.
  • Conduct mid-year reviews of fiscal-year NCEA and consolidate changes required to meet T&R needs.
  • Develop annual NCEA distribution plans using expenditure history, TTR projections, and T&R requirements.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Top Secret SCI security clearance required
  • 4+ years experience in aviation ordnance, ammunition management, Class V(A), NCEA, or naval/Marine Corps training-readiness support within last 6 months
  • 1+ years experience with Ordnance Information Systems (OIS Retail/Wholesale) or equivalent ammunition/inventory management systems.
  • 1+ years experience with Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) or equivalent readiness reporting environment.
  • Strong analytical writing and briefing ability, including preparation of daily reports, monthly reports, trip reports, meeting minutes, memorandums, and written recommendations supported by analysis.
  • 2+ years experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams; ability to manage data, pivots, trackers, and executive-ready reporting.
  • Ability to travel 5-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Intermediate or top-level operational planning education (e.g., JAWS/SAMS/MAWS/SAASS/Service and Joint War Colleges or Fellowships
  • Senior PME (e.g., CGSC/ILE, USMC CSC, Naval/War College equivalents
  • Prior service or civilian experience supporting MARFORPAC, USMC aviation ordnance, Navy munitions logistics, INDOPACOM, or joint operational staffs.
  • Experience with theater-level ammunition allocation, readiness reporting, operational planning, and campaign-plan support.
  • Experience coordinating with NALC, TYCOM, OPNAV, COMLOGWESTPAC/CTF-73, or equivalent enterprise logistics/readiness stakeholders.
  • Experience developing or improving SOPs, governance processes, command chronologies, and information-management structures.
  • Experience training users on collaboration tools such as SharePoint and supporting knowledge-management workflows.
  • Joint logistics, readiness reporting, or staff-planning assignments supporting MAGTF, MEF, TYCOM, or combatant command environments
  • Ammunition Inventory Management Specialist (AIMS) or equivalent — explicitly aligned to the PWS and highly relevant to Class V(A) inventory control.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) or equivalent logistics certification
  • Certified Defense Financial/resource-programming coursework or equivalent training

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
