Could you be the full-time Project Material Manager in Madrid we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your material management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You'll represent operations inside the project team, industrialize the projects having all the material delivered in optimized industrial manner to the customer (Internal and/or external to Alstom) in the best QCD interest for D&IS and projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, industrial), ensure the proper set-up of Project Industrialisation process, and manage the corresponding deliverables inQCD and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of monitoring technical data for procurement, but also define the industrial scheme and related make or buy strategy.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Manage industrial coordination
  • Review all direct purchase requirements and ensure that product data is accurately entered onto SAP
  • Enter project material requirements in SAP (Project Builder) arrange for timely release of requisitions, obtain quotes as necessary, and expedite deliveries to meet QCD commitment/project requirements
  • Manage shipments of materials to the Installation sites
  • Manage all Supply Chain Work Package activities in line with QCD commitment.
  • Minimize CONQ of work within Work Package domain.
  • Establish, track and report on QCD of work within WP domain.

  • University Degree level in Engineering
  • 3 years of experience (Project, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality…)
  • Interest in technical field
  • Strong delivery focus
  • Financial Awareness project
  • Costing
  • Good Knowledge of scheduling and supplier management
  • SAP knowledge
  • High Level in English is must
  • French (recomended but not mandatory)
