This role will be on a project site near Augusta, GA.
Th e Project Marketing & Communications Specialist serves as the primary marketing and communications resource for a large data center project team. This role develops and executes internal and client-facing communications, executive presentations, marketing materials, branding initiatives, and project events that support project milestones, client engagement, and operational excellence.
Working in a highly collaborative environment, the specialist partners with project leadership, operations, Corporate Communications, ATG Marketing, Community & Citizenship, business development, Resource Officers, Safety, enterprise service teams, trade partners, and the client to coordinate marketing and communications efforts across multiple stakeholders. This role aligns priorities, integrates diverse contributions, and ensures consistent messaging, brand standards, and high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Communications
· Develop and distribute project newsletters highlighting key milestones, safety achievements, workforce updates, and project accomplishments.
· Prepare client communications, milestone announcements, and executive updates.
· Support communication strategies for major project milestones and campus initiatives.
· Coordinate project photography, videography, and visual storytelling in partnership with ATG Marketing.
Client & Operations Support
· Develop presentations for client meetings, executive leadership, and project reviews.
· Create executive briefing materials, organizational charts, and team directories.
· Prepare operational communications, reports, templates, and marketing collateral.
· Responsible for tracking and communicating account accomplishments, including safety milestones, workforce statistics, DEI/community engagement, schedule milestones, innovation, sustainability, and lessons learned.
· Support the ongoing development and maintenance of Client account playbooks
· Ensure all client-facing materials meet Turner and client branding standards.
· Coordinate closely with Community & Citizenship, Safety, and other enterprise services teams, as well as project leadership, trade partners, and site stakeholders, to align marketing and communications activities with site priorities, community commitments, safety requirements, and operational needs across a large-scale data center construction environment.
Marketing & Brand Management
· Design flyers, brochures, banners, posters, infographics, digital graphics, and other marketing materials.
· Coordinate production of project signage, wayfinding, and branded materials in accordance with the client’s brand standards.
· Manage print vendors and graphic production partners.
· Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing deliverables.
Events & Engagement
· Coordinate client visits, executive tours, milestone celebrations, ribbon cuttings, workforce events, and community engagement activities.
· Create recruitment collateral in partnership with Resource Officers.
· Develop event agendas, presentations, visitor materials, and promotional collateral.
· Coordinate event logistics, photography, and promotional merchandise.
Digital Communications
· Maintain project communication platforms and digital content.
· Organize and maintain the campus digital asset library, including photography and graphics.
· Track communication metrics and recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications: Minimum 4 year degree in marketing or related field plus 4 years of marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong Computer and IT Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Works well with little supervision, display initiative, independent thinking and teamwork. Displays actions related to profitability. Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook. Familiar with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Graphic Design.
