We are looking for a Project Manager / Senior Project Managerto join ourIn Vitro Diagnostic Regulation(IVDR)Program Office in Glostrup, Denmark, where you will play a key role in transitioning Agilent’s pathology portfolio to compliance with theEuropean Regulation on in vitro diagnostics.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the availability of high-quality cancer diagnostics for patients worldwide.

Your Main Responsibilities will be:

  • Lead one or more IVDR transition projects for cancer diagnostic productsThis may include delivery of technical file documentation, submission to a notified body, and ensuring manufacturing readiness.

  • Develop project plans, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Leadgeographically diverse,cross-functional project teams,including, but not limited to,Marketing, Research and Development,Regulatory,Quality Assurance,andManufacturing

  • Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders

  • Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-project interfaces

  • Proactively resolve challenges and drive decision-making

  • Foster alignment, accountability, and engagement within project teams

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background

  • A relevantMaster’sbackground related toLife ScienceorEngineering

  • Experience with coordination of project teams and proven success in delivering results in a highly regulated industry.

  • Solid understanding of working with design control documentation for in vitrodiagnostic or medical devices.

  • Strong collaboration, stakeholdermanagementand communication skills to align and set direction for project teams

  • ExcellentEnglishverbal/written communications skills

  • Problem solving,planningand analytical skills

  • Ability and flexibility to manage uncertainty,ambiguity,and changes indirectionin afast-pacedwork environment

  • Knowledge of IVDR is a plus.

  • Certification in ProjectManagement (e.g. Prince2, IPMA, PMP etc.) isa plus.
