Territory Sales Representative – Commercial Roofing / Building Materials

Mississippi

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $75K – $100K
  • Commission + Bonus: $40K – $80K+
  • Total OTE: $115K – $180K+
  • Vehicle or allowance + full benefits

What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of a defined territory
  • Build and expand relationships with commercial roofing contractors and distributors
  • Drive new business while maintaining key accounts
  • Stay active in the field—job sites, offices, and industry touchpoints
  • Manage pipeline and territory performance with consistency

What You Bring

  • Background in commercial roofing, building materials, or related products
  • Track record of growing a territory and winning work
  • Established relationships in your market
  • Self-managed, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
