The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

• Manage large‑scale CSA construction works on client projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Monitor day‑to‑day onsite activities related to civil, structural, and architectural scopes, managing information flow and tracking issues related to progress, quality, and safety
• Support completion of the handover and close‑out plan, ensuring all CSA documentation, inspections, and certifications are completed on time and to specification
• Act as a visible onsite leader, assessing construction progress and actively promoting and enforcing safe work practices
• Coordinate closely with the client team, consultants, and contractors on all CSA snagging and punch‑list activities, including scheduling and stakeholder engagement
• Proactively identify CSA‑related issues and collaborate with the wider project team to resolve them effectively
• Implement and monitor key project and construction processes, partnering with the client to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure CSA project procedures are implemented and consistently followed on site
• Lead and attend key project meetings, monitoring progress, solving problems collaboratively, and clearly communicating risks, impacts, and mitigation plans
• Review and assess proposed variations, design changes, and delays related to CSA works

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience working on construction projects in a CSA, site engineering, or construction management capacity
• Hold a degree (or equivalent experience) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Have a project management or engineering professional certification, or are actively working toward one (we can support you)
• Are highly detail‑oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance
• Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Excel in a collaborative, team‑focused environment
• Enjoy building strong relationships with colleagues, contractors, and clients through a shared sense of purpose, openness, and a positive team culture

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
