Our client is a multinational company that provides flow creation and industrial products. They offer high-quality commercial air compressors, industrial air compressors & compressed air services for a wide range of industries.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end Project activities which support
sales team to achieve and deliver overall business targets in both revenue and
margin growth.
He / She will work closely with sales and project team to evaluate project
opportunities, submit project proposal and tendering with optimum Product offer and
all the necessary documentation.
Responsibilities
• Plan, schedule, execute and monitor project activities to deliver quality
product and services on time within budget.
• Tendering and solutioning, working closely with Sales team to secure
projects.
• Project drafting, planning, scheduling, execution, documentation and proper
handing over to service for DLP.
• Revenue forecasting and revenue recognition.
• Work closely with Order Management team and Service team for revenue
recognition and invoicing.
• Manage customers, contractors, sub-contractor, vendors and suppliers during
project phase, including attending to technical queries and clarifying matters
pertaining to the Tender Offer.
• Responsible for variation orders to increase contract value and work closely
with sales team to secure VO.
• Prepare tender proposal including concept drawing, simple control philosophy
and general layout of the system for the Sales.
• Review Technical Specification and Drawing upon receiving the Purchase
Order (PO).
• Evaluate Tender Drawing such as Architectural & structural drawing, System
P&ID, Single Line Drawing.
• Design and submit construction documents and drawings for approval.
• Monitor the performance of the site team to ensure all critical milestones are
met.
• Develop mitigation plan if the site progress is behind schedule or critical path
are not met.
• Attend site progress meeting to report progress and coordinate with other
services to minimize rework due to service collision.
• Assist in monitoring construction during fabrication stage, inspections,
equipment installation, FAT, project completions and pre-commissioning
phase for any critical issues.
• Ensure proper project documentation by reviewing, coordinating and
recording of vendor documentation between customers, vendors and internal
stakeholders.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics with minimum 3
years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Past working experience with EPC, contractors, tendering/bid management.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent design software experience is a must.
• Knowledge in air compressor is an advantage.
• Committed and is able to collaborate effectively with the team to successfully
accomplish the project.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
• Frequent travelling to project sites within Indonesia.
