
As a Project Manager in the WW MPC Business Support team, you will lead strategic, business-critical initiatives that align with organizational and departmental objectives. Acting as a central liaison for global business units, IS teams, and end users, you will oversee complex, cross-functional projects with regional and global impact. This role requires strong project management expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a proven ability to deliver measurable results.• Lead and oversee the complete project lifecycle—from initiation through delivery—ensuring strategic alignment with organizational and departmental objectives, while maintaining compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, define scope and deliverables, establish success metrics, and implement governance frameworks to drive measurable business outcomes. • Facilitate clear, consistent, and proactive communication across all stakeholder groups, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely escalation of critical issues throughout the project lifecycle. • Direct and empower cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration among global business units, IS partners, and end users to achieve seamless execution and stakeholder engagement. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through robust contingency planning and adaptive strategies, ensuring resilience and successful delivery under changing conditions. • Monitor and report on project performance using Microsoft 365 and other enterprise tools, providing actionable insights on milestones, KPIs, and compliance with quality standards. • Collaborate with MPC regional teams and the Worldwide MPC Training & Analytics team to enhance communication, deliver training, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of system and process changes. • Champion business transformation and continuous improvement by promoting process optimization, embedding best practices, and leveraging feedback and data-driven insights to deliver sustained value.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
Education• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or related field.
Experience• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a global or matrixed environment.
Skills/Certifications *limit 3-5 bullets• PMP Certification required.• Fluency in both written and spoken English, as well as regional languages, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders inside and outside the company.• Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple, concurrent projects while maintaining strategic alignment and meeting deadlines. • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships and effectively engaging diverse stakeholders across global and cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite—including Teams, Planner, and SharePoint—combined with expertise in project management methodologies and tools to drive structured execution. • Expertise in system implementation, business process optimization, and end-user support to ensure seamless adoption and operational efficiency.• Ability to operate independently while fostering collaboration in fast-paced, dynamic environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience under changing priorities.
