We are now looking for a Project Manager within GRC to join our team in Stockholm or Gothenburg. In this role, you will work closely with customers to implement our platform and support them in building structured and effective ways of working within GRC.

ABOUT THE ROLE 📌

As a Project Manager within our GRC product area, you lead the implementation of Stratsys’ platform and GRC products. In close collaboration with customers, you translate their needs into structured solutions, creating clarity and impact in areas such as risk, information security, and regulatory frameworks like NIS2 and DORA.

You manage multiple onboarding projects in parallel, across different phases and customers - from initial setup to independent use. By guiding customers in how to use the platform effectively, you enable efficient and sustainable ways of working.

The role also has a strong advisory dimension in how to use the platform You contribute with best practices, support more complex deliveries, and take an active role in stakeholder dialogues where structure and pragmatism are key. You also contribute to the ongoing development of our GRC offering and ways of working.

You collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, acting as a link between customer needs, the platform, and value delivery. You also support commercial dialogues by contributing GRC expertise and identifying expansion opportunities.

Throughout onboarding and delivery, you identify potential expansion opportunities and, when relevant, drive smaller commercial initiatives related to project scope, additional services, or extended onboarding.

Key parts of the role include:

• Leading implementation and onboarding of Stratsys’ platform and GRC products which means hands-on configuring solutions in the system

• Translating customer needs into structured and scalable solutions in the system

• Guiding customers in how to apply the platform to their GRC processes

• Acting as an advisor in customer dialogues with a focus on how to apply best practices within the platform and its GRC functionalities.

• Supporting more complex customer engagements and contributing to business and offering development

YOUR BACKGROUND ✔️

• Experience working broadly within GRC-related areas (e.g. risk, information security, compliance), with hands-on experience translating requirements into processes, systems, or implementation projects in a business context.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field

• Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, or similar

• Experience from the private sector and working with different stakeholders

• Experience of driving work forward, structuring initiatives, or leading projects

• Interest in systems and how digital tools support business processes

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience from implementing systems or digital solutions

• Background in roles such as Risk Manager, Information Security, or similar

• Experience from regulated industries (e.g. banking or finance)
