At OHB Sweden, we are specialized in the comprehensive development of satellites, encompassing the analysis, design, manufacturing, and testing of both hardware and software for space missions in, for example, communication, earth observation and space research for institutional and commercial customers within and outside Europe.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall execution of multiple projects, which may involve a single satellite or a constellation of several satellites. These projects can include the development, integration, and delivery of a Satellite, Propulsion Sub-system, or AOCS sub-system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a large team dedicated to satellite production.
• Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Resource planning to secure resources in the matrix of projects/departments in collaboration with the departments managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, impacting the financial performance and reputation of the company.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as Project Manager in the space industry with a track record of covering technical and programmatic aspects
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.

Your educational background:

• Academic degree, preferable from a technical university or similar
• Strong knowledge of project management discipline and methodology
