Purpose

To ensure the successful delivery of the S/4HANA EVOLUTION migration by providing structured project planning, governance, risk management, resource coordination, and stakeholder alignment.

Realize change (i.e. organizational, infrastructural and/or application, in- and outsourcing, bids) and manage all relevant knowledge areas, in line with PM book/ bid process and contribute to the formulation of the business case and establish a project planning, in a way that is compliant with customer (internal or external) requirements and leads to realization of projects (Category C) in time, budget and in line with quality standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, and project tasks
• Track progress and prepare status reports
• Manage risks, resources, bottlenecks, and escalations
• Coordinate decisions and governance committees
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure the quality and completion of project deliverables
• Support project teams with established project-management methods
• Collaborate closely with the administrative PMO

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have several years of experience managing large or complex projects
• Understand project-management methods and standards such as PMI, IPMA, or PRINCE2
• Are proficient in MS Project, Jira, or similar tools
• Communicate confidently with project teams, stakeholders, and management
• Think analytically and work in a structured, pragmatic way
• Have experience managing resources, risks, and conflicts
• Are fluent in German

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1330€ /brutto.
