General Information

We are actively searching for a Project Manager with focus on Windows Endpoint Management that will coordinate and be part of the execution team for specific IT projects, ensuring the achievement of project goals, effective collaboration between all counter parts involved and a timely delivery of all milestones.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Project management and execution of project coordination activities in the field of IT (Information Technology);
• Definition of project goals and scope, and development of solution concepts in collaboration with experts;
• Ensuring the realization of assigned projects, including all relevant steps, milestones, gateways, and resources;
• Monitoring project progress in terms of time, cost, and quality, and initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations or complaints;
• Managing and coordinating acquired insights, including ensuring proper documentation and project review;
• Staffing the project with the necessary resources (IT and business units) and coordinating with other departments/divisions (meetings, workshops);
• Functional leadership of project team members and coordination of all involved external service providers, resources, or stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a global IT environment;
• Strong expertise in project methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, Teams, and other project management tools);
• Expected seniority level demonstrating strong leadership and management capabilities;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across hierarchies and regions;
• High strategic thinking ability combined with operational excellence;
• Experience in large-scale IT project rollouts and managing external providers;
• Strong communication skills in English.
