Project Manager | Web3, gaming, GameFi, blockchain

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the project timelines, growth operations, and strategic initiatives of a game-fi publishing platform.

• Collaborate with internal teams including game development, growth, and token operations to ensure alignment with project requirements, schedules, and processes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proactively identify and address potential risks, blockers, delays, and scope creep, implementing necessary mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Track and manage ongoing issues, providing timely updates and resolutions to stakeholders.

• Schedule, facilitate, and document internal and external meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver formal recurring communications materials, including progress reports and presentations, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in the project.

• Continuously monitor project performance, conduct analysis, and provide insights to drive process improvements and optimize project outcomes.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting teamwork, sharing of best practices, and continuous learning and development.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the gaming and Web3 industries, applying relevant knowledge to enhance project strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree in any major, complemented by previous work experience in the gaming or Web3 industries.

• Demonstrate strong self-motivation, a growth mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.

• Possess exceptional multitasking abilities, adaptability, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal, enabling seamless communication with diverse stakeholders.
