
Baptist Health is looking for a Project Manager - Value Based Care to join our team! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN
The Program Manager will focus on developing, managing, and leading large complex strategic system-wide initiatives that enable the Baptist Health Vision: expand, excel, align, and advance. They will demonstrate extensive knowledge in Project Management and Process Improvement methodologies, with a proven track record as a trusted advisor within organizations. The Program Manager will effectively partner with leaders on key decisions, maintaining transparency regarding delivery issues. They develop and design project management capabilities and implement processes to monitor and organize the portfolio of strategic work and initiatives. Additionally, they will coordinate and align project work and initiatives in accordance with CMS and other regulatory mandates to ensure alignment between Value-Based Care and system initiatives, budgetary needs, and the organization’s strategic plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other healthcare-related field with minimum of 3 years job-related experience required.
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
Change Management Certification preferred.
Project Management Professional certification required
Ideal candidates demonstrate extensive knowledge in Project Management and Process Improvement methodologies, with a proven track record as a trusted advisor within organizations
