Project Manager, Transformation Management Office (TMO)

BHG is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative Project Manager to join our Transformation Management Office (TMO). This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in executing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that directly support our growth strategy, operational excellence, and mission.
As a member of the TMO, you will partner closely with executive leaders, initiative owners, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans and measurable results. You will help drive accountability, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure critical initiatives stay on track.

What You'll Do
Project Execution & Delivery
- Manage and track transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
- Monitor milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
- Identify risks, roadblocks, and delays, and proactively work with stakeholders to develop solutions.
- Drive accountability and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Workplan Development & Management
- Lead the development and sequencing of detailed project workplans for new initiatives.
- Establish clear milestones, ownership, timelines, and success metrics.
- Conduct regular workplan reviews and identify opportunities to improve execution.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure project progress and effectiveness.
- Develop reporting tools and dashboards that provide visibility into initiative performance.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
Executive Reporting & Communication
- Prepare concise, data-driven updates for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Communicate project status, key risks, accomplishments, and recommendations.
- Ensure stakeholders remain informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with initiative owners and leaders across the organization to drive execution.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with task owners to monitor progress and remove barriers.
Strategic Support
- Understand how individual initiatives contribute to broader organizational objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations that help leaders make informed decisions.
- Support the Transformation Management Office in driving a culture of execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting strategic, operational, or transformation-focused initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing projects from planning through implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and executive-level updates.
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, Trello, Monday.com, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or other highly regulated industries.
- Background in management consulting, business transformation, strategy execution, or continuous improvement.
- PMP or other project management certifications.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
