Job Description

The Project Manager – Transformation is a key member of the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and is responsible for driving execution of enterprise growth initiatives across a multi-site healthcare platform.

This role is operational in nature and centered on expansion initiatives, including multi-site acquisition integrations and DeNovo site launches. The Project Manager works closely with the TMO Lead, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Finance, HR, Real Estate, and other cross-functional partners to translate strategic growth plans into detailed execution plans and measurable outcomes.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring newly acquired locations and newly developed sites are operationally integrated, aligned, and launched successfully.

Primary Responsibilities

Multi-Site Acquisition Integration

  • Support end-to-end execution of operational integration plans for newly acquired healthcare locations
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure clinical, operational, compliance, and financial readiness
  • Monitor integration milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively
  • Track post-close integration performance against defined KPIs

DeNovo Site Development

  • Support full lifecycle DeNovo site launches from pre-development through go-live
  • Build and manage detailed workplans covering licensing, staffing, workflows, vendor coordination, and operational readiness
  • Partner with Real Estate, Clinical, HR, Finance, and Compliance to ensure launch timelines are met
  • Ensure standardized processes and reporting structures are implemented at new sites

Growth Initiative Execution

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive workplans for strategic growth initiatives
  • Sequence complex, multi-site deliverables and manage interdependencies
  • Monitor progress, identify delays, and drive accountability across initiative owners
  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable project steps

Data & Performance Tracking

  • Collect and interpret operational and financial data to track project progress
  • Identify performance gaps during integration and launch phases
  • Support ROI tracking and performance reporting tied to growth initiatives

Executive Reporting & Governance

  • Prepare structured updates for executive leadership and Board-level reporting
  • Maintain dashboards and status reports reflecting risk, timeline, and financial impact
  • Support governance processes within the TMO framework

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Facilitate integration and initiative team meetings
  • Lead workplan reviews with the TMO Lead and initiative owners
  • Conduct ongoing follow-ups with cross-functional partners to ensure task completion
  • Provide operational insights that inform broader growth strategy decisions

Regulatory

  • Ensure all initiatives are executed in compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulatory requirements

Marketing and Outreach

  • Support growth-related community and public relations activities as assigned, particularly related to new site launches

Minimum Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of project management experience within multi-site healthcare operations
  • Direct experience supporting healthcare acquisition integrations and/or DeNovo site launches
  • Experience operating within a healthcare services platform, MSO, or multi-location provider environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional operational projects from planning through execution
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking operational and financial performance metrics
  • Experience building detailed workplans and managing multi-site interdependencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience in behavioral health or related healthcare services
  • Experience working within a Transformation Management Office, Corporate Development team, or enterprise PMO focused on operations and growth
  • Exposure to acquisition diligence and post-close integration processes
  • PMP or equivalent certification
