The Project Manager will lead divisional initiatives to strengthen evaluation culture at TPH through the development, implementation, monitoring and sustainment of a TPH Evaluation Strategy and accompanying plan. This includes integrating knowledge around evaluation and change management best practices and developing and implementing detailed project plans with Subject Matter Experts, Sponsors and the Evaluation and Quality Improvement Manager. Requires the ability to data visualize to support the TPH Evaluation Strategy and organizational performance.
