Project Manager – Tenant Improvements | Westchester, NY · $75,000–$95,000

About the Role Commercial spaces don't transform themselves — someone has to own the process, sweat the details, and make sure everything lands on time, on budget, and exactly as planned. That's this role. From the first space planning conversation to the final FF&E handoff, you'll be the one keeping architects, GCs, and vendors moving in the same direction while nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Projects

• Manage tenant improvement projects from inception through completion
• Keep timelines, budgets, and all moving parts organized and on track
• Coordinate final handoff for FF&E installation

Plan & Price

• Handle space planning and preliminary pricing
• Review GC bids and identify cost-saving opportunities

Drive Coordination

• Align architects, GCs, vendors, and internal teams throughout every phase
• Track electrical, signage, and all project-specific details so nothing slips

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in TI, commercial construction, interior architecture/design, or project management
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and working independently
