What We'll Bring:

The Project Management team for Project Eagle is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives that support TransUnion’s strategic transformation and integration efforts. The team partners closely with Technology, Operations, People, and Business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with PMO governance standards. This work is critical to enabling scalable growth and operational stability across LATAM.

Reporting Line:

This team reports into the Project Management organization under the leadership of Leon Hoek, Director of Project Management.

What You'll Bring:

and Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and deliver assigned Project Eagle initiatives on time, within scope, and budget.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and financial tracking.

• Lead cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, People Ops, and Business.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain RAID logs.

• Manage scope changes, change requests, and implementation activities.

• Provide clear project reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

• Ensure project documentation and governance artifacts are complete.

• Support organizational change through disciplined project delivery.

Required Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint.

• Project scheduling and dependency management.

• Governance, RAID, and status reporting.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• PMO and structured project management frameworks.

• Cross-functional enterprise project delivery.

• Risk and change management experience.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
