1. M&A Talent (Due Diligence & Integration)
Support Talent due diligence activities in partnership with M&A and cross-functional teams by gathering and assessing key Talent data. Evaluate risks and opportunities across workforce, contracts, compensation & benefits, retention, and culture. Contribute to integration planning and execution, including Day 1, 60, and 90 milestones. Assist in developing and applying Talent M&A toolkits, and prepare insights and reports for stakeholders.
2. New Center Setup & Expansion
Lead Talent workstreams for new center setup (e.g., Philippines or other locations), including workforce planning, hiring strategy, compensation benchmarking, policy design, and vendor coordination (PEO, payroll, benefits, compliance). Partner with business leaders to ensure timely and scalable setup aligned with operational goals. Drive localization of Talent practices while maintaining global standards.
3. Talent Programs & Transformation
Drive key Talent initiatives across geographies, including performance management, rewards frameworks, onboarding optimization, and policy standardization. Lead or support transformation projects (e.g., Workday implementation, process automation, governance models). Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, employee experience, and compliance across Talent operations.
4.Stakeholder Management & Project Leadership
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including global teams and vendors). Ensure clear communication, alignment, and execution across projects. Apply structured project management practices, provide guidance to team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent function.
