Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead end-to-end system
development and solution implementation projects

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis, excellent
project management skills, and proven experience in delivering IT solutions particularly in the manufacturing industry

You will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and
stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from end to end including scratch system development
  and solution package implementation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and ensure delivery within timeline and budget
• Identify issues, analyze root causes, and create effective countermeasure or recovery plans
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with both customers and vendors.
• Manage Change Requests (CR), risks, and implement preventive measures
• Review project deliverables such as requirement definition, design documents, and
  related materials.
• Prepare and present project reports for customers and internal management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in Project Management for scratch system development projects.
• Strong background as System Analyst, including: Requirement gathering & analysis
• To-Be operation flow design, GUI design, DB design, and system interface design
• Test case creation and execution of system tests
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (verbal and written).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing industry projects.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following systems/solutions:
  o Production Visualization System
  o Production Planning System
  o Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  o Procurement Management System
  o Quality Control (QC) Management System
  o IoT Solutions (machine connection, sensors, etc.)
• Presales experience will be a strong plus
